Return & Exchange Policy
Please keep in mind the following points when making a return or an exchange, customers will have two options.
One is to surrender the items at any Collezione C2 boutique within the Philippines.
Orders placed on Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed and picked up from our warehouse the following business day (e.g. Monday).
If no store is located nearby or if brand does not have a physical store, the second option is to contact our customer support to facilitate return via our courier who will return the items to us where we will perform product inspection. If deemed fit for replacement, we will replace the items and send back the new items free of shipping charges.
Online Store Return Conditions:
1. You have fifteen (15) days to return an item from the date it was purchased.
2. Your item must be accompanied by the sales invoice before any return may be evaluated for processing.
3. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging (with tags intact).
4. Your item may only be returned/exchanged once unless the return is due to manufacturing defect.
5. Please note that promotional and Sale items are can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Online Store Accepted Reasons for Return:
Your item may be exchanged for any item in the store:
1. If the item has a manufacturing defect; or
2. For change of size and item.
If the item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. If of lower value, the price difference is forfeited. Please be advised that all returned items shall be evaluated to confirm its condition.
